With the help of his wife, family, great staff, and God’s promise to us, we were able to build a great company in the past, and now we work to do it again. It is time for a New Beginnings!

Melanie Boudloche

(HR and Co-Owner)

My husband, Dr. Lloyd Boudloche LPC-S, LBA, BCBA-D and I own and operate New Beginnings Behavior Services. We are an ABA clinic that specializes in Asd behaviors. We love what we do for our clients and their families. My husband was one of the first BCBA’s in our area so we were some of the pioneers in this field for our city. We previously owned and operated Behavioral Developmental Services, LLC 2012-2019 which included 5 clinician sites. We sold it in 2019 and was looking forward to retirement but that was not God’s plan it was ours. He has moved us back into the field of ABA as of May of this year to serve our community with services that are so greatly needed. We absolutely love what we do in serving our community and our clients.

Alyssa Welch

MA, BCaBA/SCABA

My name is Alyssa Welch. I live in Sikes, Louisiana but grew up in Olla. Some of my favorite things to do are spending time with family and friends, going to church, playing with my dogs, kayaking, and reading. I began to pursue the field of ABA after working as a child specific para-professional at the local Elementary school that required ABA services. I have my master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis Practice at F.I.T. I’m currently a BCaBA but I will be taking the BCBA Exam soon. This field is so rewarding, and I can’t wait to further my career in this field to help improve children’s and parent’s lives.

Michelle Scott

MA, BCaBA/SCABA

I was born and raised in south Louisiana and moved to the Ruston area to attend La Tech in 1990.  I was educated, trained, and worked as a social worker for 20 years with adults and infants and toddlers with developmental disabilities.  In 2014, I started my master’s in special education and taught in a self-contained classroom of 3rd, 4th and 5th graders for the next 7 years.   While teaching, I was introduced to ABA and finally found what I consider my calling. The last 2 years, I have worked exclusively in a clinical ABA setting, earning my Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst license.   I began working at New Beginnings Behavioral Services in July 2023.
